Featured in Langara Photography Certificate Program 2012!
I first began working with Lloyd Barnes back in 2009 when I was a make up student. We collaborated on photo shoots together to build portfolios. Years later, the collaborations are still taking place. Myself, Mika Does Makeup, Danyella Angel and Lloyd Barnes joined forces to create beautiful images that we could show off to clients, fans and co-workers.

Mink Makeup does Special FX for Resident Evil Launch Party
Every artist needs a night of gore before the bridal season hits! Mink Makeup Special FX artists had the honor of being the main attraction at the Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City, Launch Party held in Vancouver, March 2012. With a VIP guest list of over 100 people, we certainly had a lot of gory work to do.
The Fashion Spread
I love it when Florence Leung from Vancouver Fashion Showcase presents me with her ideas. This time, our coffee meet was regarding the release of The Fashion Spread: a small fashion magazine style newspaper, which would be handed out by sexy young men in downtown Vancouver on a monthly basis. The first edition was to be released in March 2012 and inspired by Vancouver Fashion Week 2012.

It was great to get a call from John Muirhead from WJM Photography requesting my hair and makeup services for a photoshoot at the infamous, Sugar Studios. Coincidentally I had spoken with photographer, Claudette Carracedo, about this studio just a day before the call from John. She described a huge white room with the biggest and best makeup chairs and desk…with lights! It sounded amazing!
