Our lovely friends over at Beauty Press have given us some short and sweet tips and tricks for this coming winter…
The shift to cooler temperatures mean cold air, icy winds, less humidity – and a drying heat indoors. All this brings dryness to the skin and the hair. During the winter months, our skin might stop producing moisture; additionally, dry air can take away the layer of oil that traps moisture in the skin. Our skin might feel rough, tight, and itchy, our hair might appear dry and less shiny. Now it’s important to change the daily beauty routine: Use a rich, hydrating shampoo and conditioner and anti-frizz products for your hair, a rich moisturizer for your face and nourishing body oils and moisturizing lotions.
