Fashion Night’s Out Vancouver
Myself, Faye Smith Makeup & Hair, and Brandon Hart Photography, were thrilled to be approached by the Fashion Night’s Out Vancouver team, as they were searching for artists to take their head shots. We were flattered to be their chosen photographer and makeup & hair artist.
On the team is Crystal Carson who is the Fashion Editor of Vancouver View Magazine, Andy Chu from FMA Entertainment Weekly, Christa Meister from Crave Vancouver, Alfred Lai from CBD Corporation, Florence Leung from Fashion Showcase, clothing designer, Jason Matlo and fashion stylist, Alexandra Suhner Isenberg.
Working with such successful business men and women meant we had to work fast! These guys and girls are on a tight schedule every day. There is no room for 3 hour photo shoots per person…more like 2-20 minute makeups and 5 minute photo shoots! The pressures on.
Coordinating schedules with such a large group of people can be difficult. We managed to get all but one person shot in a matter of 2hours in one day. A few weeks later, Alexandra found the time to make her way over to Vancouver, from Squamish, to get her head shot taken as well.
What a fabulous team of Fashionistas! Myself and Brandon had such a fun time working with everyone and are very proud to have these individuals showcased in our portfolios. We look forward to future fashion shows and photo shoots with Fashion Night’s Out Vancouver.
